What unfolded was this:"How far and deep you can bring your coachee through their own transformation is very much dependent on how deep you go on your own journey."
This is a testament that coaching the whole person requires becoming the whole person.
We looked directly at the real constraints that stop even the most capable coaches and leaders from stepping fully into who they are:
- The invisible stories that dilute their personal power
- Self worth: the fear of being seen, or taking up space, charging for the value they bring
- The gap between vision and their self-beliefs
They cleared their inner blocks, and something shifted:
- Their Presence deepened
- Influence becomes natural for them
- Buy-in increases naturally
- Transformation happens, going beyond insight
Our participants were directors, C-suite leaders from large corporations and government agencies, senior leaders, wellness practitioners, and coaches: each doing the courageous work of aligning who they are with the value they bring.
